The Liberia Civil Aviation Authority (LCAA) managed aircraft landing permit applications through a fully manual process — paper forms, physical submissions, in-person follow-ups, and manual record-keeping. This resulted in long processing times, permit errors, poor data integrity, and a frustrating experience for airlines and aviation operators.
We built the LCAA Landing Permit Platform — a comprehensive digital permitting portal that enables airline operators to submit, track, and receive approval for aircraft landing permits entirely online, while giving LCAA administrators a powerful back-office management system.
